Choose a number of rounds and the exercises you want to do, and go! The app will lead you through a high intensity workout of 30-second bursts, with an optional 30-second rest between rounds. After the workout is over, you can send a report to the email address of your choosing. It's pretty straightforward, and doesn't give you many choices.
